i would begin by identifying one distinct niche and making videos based on issues or problems that are rellevant to that niche. u need not focus too much on gaining followers initially.u can notice which type of videos keep viewers engaged nd shared. that is where u should produce more videos.consistency counts but so does learning from ur posts.

U should focus on watch time retention and TIkTok SEO bro. warm up the account for a few days, keep your clips short, place a strong visual hook in the first 2 seconds to stop people from swiping, also use keyword rich captions so Tiktok search indexes ur content properly
