[Journey] to 100,000 Visitors & £5,000 in London's Startup Community Space

We're getting ready to deploy SN 1.1! (Our new homepage visual!)
Months of development time has led up to this!
£970 Server Costs (to now)
£700 License Cost
£5,400 Developer
£275 SEO (2 Wikipedia Links.. thats it)
£350 Content
£1,800 Plugins
£3,500 Misc Costs
Total: £12,995
To be clear - we have done no real advertising or anything - this is our SEO currently
Once the new home page is live, and we've fixed the bugs - we will start advertising @ £300 monthly for three months, then ramp it up every six months.
We are then going to start finalising our new areas of the website:
- Grant Directory (we've built a grant directory that pulls all grants from .gov.uk, and UK based grant providers and then uploads using Ai, after creating a mission doc about it.)
- Events Directory (we've built an events directory that pulls all events from eventbrite in London, and uploads again using AI, but also linking back to Eventbrite, and the event - so we don't piss eventbrite off)
- Mentor Directory (This is finished and live, just needs changes - we've got people asking to be on it already which is great)
THINGS ARE MOVING!
Once the site is live, I'll make a screenshot to show - as we've spent A LOT on this!

UPDATE!
We're growing really nicely now - over 2,000 members on the platform!
Growing quite nicely as you can see - CTR I've been working on as we did have 0.1% before, so thats great!
Money isn't great right now - ads generated about £150.
Sales in memberships, training courses:
Gave the platform a SEXY redesign:

Started a thread on my site about this - its ranking incredibly well! One article ranks for 711 keywords!!!!
