Need a budget AI video tool that can spit out multiple 30–60 sec meme coin promo videos per day with minimal prompts. I am launching several new crypto meme coin sites and need a short promo video for each one (under 1 minute, ideally 30–45 seconds). The goal is one video per site, and I may need 2–4 of these every day. I have no experience on this and need practical advices from you guys.

Use Muse AI, it's free.

-First, when it comes to creating videos, you need to develop "characters"—essentially ensuring that your main character looks consistent across every video you make. To do this, you should generate a variety of frames and angles for your character, which will serve as references; you can easily do this using any AI tool that offers a free tier.

-Second, once you have those, you’ll need to write a script. Work with an AI to draft it, being very specific and refining the output to ensure the AI doesn't "hallucinate" or go off-track.

-Third, there are two main approaches: you can use your character and script with total creative freedom, or you can provide a starting image and an ending image, letting the AI generate a transition video between them.

-Fourth, regarding tools: right now, I’m using Google’s suite. They provide $300 worth of tokens for video generation, plus a daily allowance, which is enough to create about 3 to 4 high-quality videos using their AI tools.

Hope this helps—good luck, bro!

claude opus 5.5 can make decent videos but it will be mostly graphics if you want real people u can use kling 4.0 its probably the best cheapest video gen model seedance 2.5 makes better quality but i belive its around $1 per second of generated video. you can use local video gen models but will need a decent gpu like 12-16 gb vram. also most video generation models cant do longer videos so might need to make 5-6 10 second clips and stitch them together.

thanks for detailed reply, bro. I have few questions. is this $300 monthly price? isn't there any thing cheaper for simple 3d animation video?

$1 per second is not the budget I was expecting. I was looking for monthly package based price. moreover, I'm not planning to make high quality videos with decent real people. simple 3D animation graphics will do the job because I just need one video per site to simply to attract some attentions since my websites won't stay active that long.

then yea id use claud opus 5.5. Probably could do it on the $20 a month plan a few videos a day but just depends on how you run it. there a lot of videos on youtube that talk about how to use claude to make videos give those a watch.

bro don't overcomplicate it with expensive AI tools if u just need few quick meme coin promos daily. u can use InVideoAI or CapCap Ai Script to Video. if u want maximum viral engagement, should generate 3-4 custom meme images via Midjourney and edit them inside Capcut with auto captions and viral trending audio

Sorry, I might have explained that poorly; you’re given $300 USD worth of tokens to use. They are free, and you have 90 days to use them.

The bottleneck at that volume isn’t generation speed, its visual consistency.
Generate a character sheet first (multiple angles of your main visual in Midjourney or DALL-E), then use Kling or Runway for actual video. Keeps everything looking like one brand instead of five different tools.

Seedance 2.5 and Wan are probably the best now. For best results, you generate images first, and animate them.
There's an opensource alternative to higgsfield(which is basically a wrapper), ArtCraft. You can point your AI agent to it and he can work locally on it. Artcraft also has the full adobe collection open-sourced on rust, so your agent can use video editing, sound editing and other tools.

Muse AI is a good tool for this kind of job and it's budget friendly/
