Help Needed To Recovery of my suspend Amazon Affiliate Account.

Amazon will not give you the account back if you still got that domain. Move the site to clean domain and appeal for reinstatement or apply again. Its 3 sales in 180 days, if you have done once you can do it again. Should not be a big deal.

Still I have the domain. And I can't delete it from my account because I don't have access after suspension. And if i create a new account I can't get the payment from my previous account. So, I have to recover my suspended account to get the payment.

How much payment blocked? And can't you create new accounts with your family names?

A clean-domain switch never crossed my mind before this thread. IM Dude's appeal idea sounds workable, yet habib2jnu still owning the domain and losing account access explains why that $5k+ payment feels trapped.

If I get back access over my account, definitely I will remove that domain from my account. But unfortunately can't log back into my account.

These big companies paypal, google, amazon take your money after suspending or banning your account. Its funny how they behave with total impunity. Next time if you are doing any blackhat method make sure you dont get the short end of the stick.
Take it as a lesson and move on.

Contact Amazon Associates support and ask for the specific trademark violation and appeal process. If the domain infringes a brand's trademark, address that issue first and provide clear evidence of the corrections. Reinstatement isn't guaranteed, but a factual, professional appeal is your best option.

Yes, I asked. They said it's a clear voilation of their policy. And their decision is permanent.

First remove or resolve the trademark issue, then appeal through amazon associates support with a clear explanation & evidence of the corrective actions taken, recover depends on amazon's review so no one can guarantee reinstatement

Have you tried contacting Amazon Associates support and explaining the situation? If the issue is just with the domain name, you might be able to resolve it by removing or changing the domain and showing them that you've fixed the problem. I think it's worth trying before giving up on the account.

Yes, they said it's about the trademark issue with one of my domain names. But my account is closed and I don't have any option to login and delete that domain.
