Why some videos has 0 views on titkok?

Check whether the video is public and eligible for the For You feed, and look for any policy notices. If everything looks fine, wait a bit and monitor it. Reuploading the same clip repeatedly may not solve the underlying issue.

Most TikTok videos that get zero views are either still under review or ineligible for distribution. My channel has a few videos like that too, and I usually delete them.
 
I think you should check the status of your video and review its content before posting; it’s possible that it violated one of TikTok’s policies, which is why your view count has been restricted.
 
You can certainly delete and re-upload the video, since you are the creator, it won’t cause any issues. The 0view count might be due to a technical glitch.
 
Looks like you’ve been flagged for spam, man your activity triggered some red flags. It’s best to just create a new account, do a full reset, let it sit for 3 days, and then start posting.
