What's your favorite exercise in the gym?

I remember going to one of the premiere GYMS in the area back in the day, during the off hours, right when all sorts of well situated ladies that didn't work 9-5 came to take care of their figure.

Remembering that the warm up / stretching area had something like 10 - 12 highly attractive females in their tank tops and yoga pants working the treadmills, let's say it was not easy to concentrate.

I not been gyming it for ages, but before when i used to go to a martial arts dojo, it was skipping, punch and kicking bag, and breakfalls.

No gym for me. Variable resistance bands at home, twenty minutes, done. Saves the drive and my joints have stopped complaining, which at this point is the only metric I track.
Oh yeah, you got that right mate. Variable resistant bands are cool and can stretch you beyond your carrying capacity. If the Gym must be the last resort then, the treadmill offers me the best

My favorite workout routine is focusing on each muscle just once a week, aiming to hit every major muscle thoroughly. My session usually goes like warm up & cardio, main workout (5-6 exercises targeting any 3 muscles) and finish off with proper streching.

For me, weight training is probably the most enjoyable part of going to the gym.

I like exercises that target multiple muscle groups and help build strength over time. Cardio is important too, but I find lifting weights more satisfying.

I guess it really depends on your fitness goals and what you enjoy doing the most.

It’s been a while since I last went to the gym!

I remember how great it made me feel to exercise early in the morning, take a shower, and then get to work.
