I've been running Snap ads for a while and everything was working fine before. Normally I create the ad account, add payment, verify the email and launch the campaign. Once approved, it starts delivering normally.

Since the beginning of September, new accounts are different. Ads get approved and the ad account is Active, payment is linked, but they stay Not Delivering with $0 spend and 0 impressions.

I tested several accounts and also different normal ads, same result.

The weird thing is I tested an older account I created before this started, and it still goes Delivering normally with basically the same setup.

Anyone else seeing this recently? Especially with newly created accounts?

Yes, I’ve seen similar reports. It sounds more like a new account delivery or review issue on Snapchat’s side than an ad approval problem, especially since older accounts still deliver with the same setup. Could be a stricter trust spend history check on newly created accounts.

Did you try using the same payment method on the new account? It may help rule out a billing elated problem.
 
Yes, from what I have seen an approved ad does not always mean it will start spending right away, you should check the delivery status and any account warnings first.
 
did you try to check the campaign start date and account time zone? a mismatch there can sometimes delay delivery.
 
Yes, I have noticed that approval and actual delivery are two different things on snap and check the account's delivery status and any billing or eligibility warnings first.
 
Approved ads don’t always mean the account is fully eligible to spend. check the billing status and any delivery or eligibility warnings in Ads Manager.
 
I’m planning to advertise on Snapchat, but my ads keep getting rejected, and my account was even suspended right after I added a payment method. Is Snapchat really that difficult to advertise on?
