One thing worth checking before launching finance ads is whether your service falls under Google's financial products and services policies. Requirements can vary depending on the product and country. Make sure your disclosures, business inforrmation, and required certifications are in order before spending money. Do you usually check the landing page first or the certification requirements?

Agree, usually check the certification requirements first, then review the landing page to make sure the business information and disclosures are clear. It’s better to sort these things out before launching and risking ad disapprovals.

For financial ads with google, all about white page or licensed financial ads concept. Google is very strict with financial ads these days.

It can easily trigger circumvention or account issue. Even a clear white page won't solve missing financial verification if not done properly.

You need to have a proper complaint financial page or a cloaker. That's the only choice.

Experienced Google Ads advertisers always know which industries are on the prohibited list.

You'd probably want to check if you can advertise that in the country at all or you need some kind of cert before you can run the ads.
Would suck to put in all that work only to hit a roadblock like that.
With that outta the way, go through the landing page and make sure the business details, disclosures and claims all line up with what's being advertised. Saves you the future trouble of finding out the hard way.

i'd start with certification, especially if the campaign targets multiple countries. a finance business might be eligible in one market but need extra verification in another. after that, i'd check whether the landing page clearly shows the business address, fees and any required disclosures. i'd also make sure the company details match what's on the verification documents. getting certified won't help much if the landing page still breaks the policy.
