You can look for company services that offer appeals and account recovery for you, but that depends on how many violations your channel has committed. Be cautious, my friend.
i heard there is a bug in whatsapp and they tried to ban whatsapp business accounts

I’d be careful with paid unban services, as many can’t reverse a permanent ban. Since it’s a clinic number, try contacting WhatsApp Business support again with proof that the number belongs to the clinic and explain how you use it for patient communication.

I don't think such a service exists here unless someone is working within the WhatsApp corporation. You could appeal again though, and if you can't recover your account, I'm afraid you will have to go with a new one.
