Wanted to see if anyone has got the code on dealing with Glassdoor lately.
I have a client getting hit with clearly fake reviews from an ex-employee who is using multiple accounts to trash the company culture and tank their hiring rating.

getting false reviews deleted may be quite difficult tbh.imo it is better to report every review separately stating the reason nd providing the eviddence that these accounts belong to the same person. has anyone succeeded in getting several reviews deleted recently?

if the client has not claimed their free employer profile yet do that first, flags sent from the verified employer account seem to get looked at a lot faster

If the reviews look like they're coming from the same person, keeping a record of the dates, repeated wording and any clear inconsistencies might help when reporting them. Just having several negative reviews probably won't be enough to prove they're fake.

document each review and report them through Glassdoor’s official process. If there’s a clear pattern across accounts, include the evidence and avoid replying emotionally, it can make things worse.
