How do I get out of software development?

The people who tell us AI will not replace us in a few years have NO EXPERIENCE in SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT. AI will replace MOST OF US in the blink of an eye. DON'T FOOL YOURSELF. People who think AI will not take over software development have their heads in the sand (Ostrich pose). My solution is to invest in real estate AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (ASAP).

Currently I am a student and aspiring towards java backend engineer,yeah AI can build till some extent but it fails somewhere ie when it comes to financial related technologies for example database of bank, Government websites, security related software where you can contribute,I think find clients who are finding developers for these reasons

This is a good plan. But where the hell do you find banks with interest rate of 8-10% ?
