How does ´first contact rule in BHW’ rule work?

I had problem with seller here before and i want to make sure it does not happen,

I cannot contact sellers, so from what i understand i should reply to thread of seller,

If i reply to the thread of the seller and then directly contact him in telegram, does it count as ´first contact in bhw’,

Or he should send me private message in BHW and only then the first contact is in BHW?

Because it takes so much time to wait for a message here by a seller…

These are all of the ways that you can "engage" with the seller before you buy something:

1. write in their sales thread and ask them a relevant question.

2. ask the seller to DM you (if they do, try to keep as much of the discussion on the forum before moving off to TG or elsewhere).

3. ask the seller to DM you on their profile comments.

4. if you're already in a TG conversation and have NOT sent money, ask them to verify all of the details via DM on the forum. Make sure to reply to them.

And of course, once you have the necessary posts, the easiest is to just DM them beforehand.
