I've seen online some people using tools like TeleRaptor or other tools to add thousands to hundreds of thousands of people to their Telegram channels. Does anyone have access to these tools? Have links to them? How do they work? Any help would be much appreciated.

Adding users without consent can get accounts limited, so I'd focus on opt-in growth through Telegram ads, niche groups and referral bots. Check whether any tool uses real user consent before trusting claims about adding thousands of members.

As @onurbaba78 has said, adding people without their consistent, is a way to get you BANNED fast.

These tools usually automate invites or DMs using multiple Telegram accounts, but mass messaging can get accounts limited or banned.

Try focus on targeted ads and niche groups instead if you want members who actually engage.

I avoid using mass-automation bots, as they often lead to account bans. Instead, I typically leverage advertisements on Telegram and relevant groups to attract more participants.

It's mostly just telethon scripts burning through cheap sessions and rotating proxies. Such a waste of money honestly, you cant even force-add random people to a channel like that so they end up spamming invite links in dm's until telegram takes the domain down. Regular ads are usually cheaper once you count all the dead accounts too

One viable usecase is mass dming people from groups of your competitors while funneling them through at least one layer to not mention your own group straight away.
Auto adding people will get you nuked.
