How long is multi accounting device shadow ban?

on october 13th i created another account on instagram on the same phone and ON THAT SAME DAY my reach on all my accounts got throttled

my highest performing account went from getting 3-4k views per reel and several 10k to 100k reels a week to now every reel having under 100 views instantly

my other two accounts have their views severely throttled and my new account doesnt even get any attention from the algorithm getting absolutely zero views

i cant afford another phone, how do i fix this?

when i check the account status its all good, all green but the reel performance says otherwise

my only ideas i have is deleting the new account, deleting instagram off my phone and its data then reinstalling it. and not posting on those acounts for a week or two

but is there anything yall would do? i really need help

Idk what's your case and maybe it will get better by itself eventually, but if your phone REALLY got marked in their system, then reinstalling the app won't help.
Phones have IDs - on IOS you can't change it (I think), on Android you can, but as far as I remember you need root for that, and root is visible and will probably break play integrity, so you need Magisk/LSposed to fix it, which might be sus for some apps so you need to hide it all lol.

thats quite a dramatic decline that would occur on all of ur accounts on the same day. however it does not automatically mean that u have a shadowban on ur devices, bcz reach can be imppacted by other factors. i would advise against deleting all of ur content nd making too many changes. perhaps try to refrain from posting for a few days nd see if the reach increases when testing one of ur accounts through a reel.

1. Phones are uniquely identified. The apps can read the unique numbers.

2. You'll need emulators. With AI you can get instructions on how to do it
 
I wouldn't delete the new account or stop posting just yet. Check recommendation eligibility, update Instagram, and report the sudden drop to support. Since all accounts dropped on the same day, look for a shared issue rather than assuming a shadowban. Deleting the app won't necessarily fix account-level reach.
 
Are all your accounts using the same IP on that phone? I’d try testing separate browser profiles with different stable proxies for each account if you’re okay using Instagram on the web. It might help rule out IP-related issues.

That phone is probably flagged now, creating the account on the same device likely linked all of them together in Instagram's eyes. Deleting the new account won't undo that, the damage is tied to the device fingerprint not the account itself. Your best move is to stop posting on that phone for a while and consider running the accounts through GoLogin with separate proxies so they don't share a device footprint anymore.
 
Honestly I wouldnt rush to delete anything yet since all your accounts lost reach around the same time it might just be temporary Id keep posting normally for a few days and see if things go back to normal
