Hey BHW Community,

Welcome to my journey thread! The main goal of this thread is to document my progress, keep myself accountable, and hopefully give some motivation to others who are working on their own online projects.

I’m currently building and scaling YouTube Automation channels with the specific goal of hitting a consistent $1,000/month in revenue.

Strategy & Current Status

  • Content Strategy: Long-term, the main focus will be on long-form content, but I am also leveraging short-form content to drive reach and engagement.
  • Execution: Everything is 100% fully automated using AI.
  • Current Status:
    • 1 Long-form video published
    • 6 Shorts published

  • Purpose of this Thread: This thread exists purely for documentation and motivation. I want to log my milestones, share high-level stats, and showcase what is possible with consistency.

The Plan & Milestones

  • [ ] Reaching $250 / month
  • [ ] Reaching $500 / month
  • [ ] Reaching $750 / month
  • [ ] Goal: $1,000 / month consistently
I’ll update this thread regularly with high-level earnings, views, and overall progress updates.

Thanks for following along, and good luck with your own journeys!

Good luck with your journey but at least you should help us to give info on what tools you are using.

With 6 Shorts and only 1 long-form video so far, it might be useful to track whether the Shorts bring viewers back to your longer videos. That could show if the two formats are helping each other or growing separately.

UPDATE 24 OCTOBER:

INSTA: 12 FOLLOWERS 8.8K VIEWS
TIKTOK: 11 FOLLOWERS: 20K VIEWS
YOUTUBE: 3 FOLLOWERS 2.8K VIEWS

other social platforms mainly created to bring attention to the youtube channel, somehow shorts stopped getting views or are sitting at 4-20 views, reason unknown.

Why no software questions?

A competitor with the same tech stack could have completely different results

I’m mainly using Claude + Highsfield + Eleven Laps. Hope that helps. I have the MAX 200$ Claude subscription

UPDATE:

Instagram: 20K Views yesterday
YouTube Shorts: 8K Views

how is higgsfield, would you reccomend it?

Depending on what ur niche is in and what you wanna do. If you wanna do hyper realistic content I would recommend it. If you only wanna do motion graphics forget about it and only use claude

UPDATE: Youtube banned my channel for no reason, prob because i uploaded to much, an appeal leads to nothing lol

UPDATE: New channel created update will follow

I’m also interested in the topic of building a YouTube channel. I’ll be following you every day.

Interesting journey! It will be good to see how the channel grows over time. Consistency is key, especially when starting from scratch. Good luck reaching your $1,000/month goal!

It’s really interesting to follow the progress. Thanks for sharing, and best of luck to you!

It will be cool to follow ; good luck ; if the reason is to make money long term passively with AI automation there are easier ways and also safer because once you get banned its game over while with other routes you preserve the generated "content" in whatever form that might be

i would suggest looking for high margin affiliate stuff and generate user intent transactional content for example SPECIFIC and for one "product" and niche that out. or spy google ads and see which ones are up for long time ie so you know they making money and then do it a little better then copy paste and remember since you can generate infinitely it will become a numbers game a domain costs 10 bucks a year so with 2 sales in a year you are making profit lol thats all i give away tonight. happy halloween
