I want to refund or providing a service. Still got nothing after payment. There is more than 24 hours elapsed. I did not saved the order id because I thought the payment process on your website is fully automatic, and payment form asking for email and telegram, so I put my email on both of fields. There is no order id on my end, but I can provide transaction id and you supposed to see my email in total orders history.
