Easiest way to create a bunch of VCCs with unique names?

I need to create a bunch of virtual credit/debit cards with different names and billing addresses. What is the easiest way to do this?

imo the easiest way to do this is by using a corporate card platform like extend or the stripe issuing api for bulk business generation, or a consumer app like for smaller manual creation

tbh I would likely investigate using extend or stripe Issuing if these are going to be for business. all that matters is that you know what the restrictions/need are ahead of time, as it's a pain in the butt to have multiple cards with multiple payment information.
