Exactly brother, its distribution..You already have the skills, the missing piece is distribution; forget building another SaaS for now and sell one clear service to one niche until you have paying clients, because even a great product means nothing if nobody buys it.
Yeah doing that tooMaking money online is difficult—if it were easy, everyone would be rich. It took me 8 months to earn my first significant amount of money on the internet. I recommend looking through threads about older methods on the forum; some of them might still work today.
Yessir already have that websiteI think you should focus on a single product or niche. SaaS affiliate marketing is also a good option. Focus on building a website and working on SEO. If your strategy works well, you could start earning within 3–4 months.
Cheap traffic what you mean?Cheap traffic and seo also try social media
Sounds like you'd make more $$ delivering for DoorDash.Hey everyone !
I've been trying different things online for the last few months and honestly I'm getting nowhere.
I can build websites, apps, SaaS, AI automations, landing pages, etc. I've tried selling web services, Etsy, affiliate stuff and I'm also working on a SaaS.
Problem is I'm making basically $0 right now. No sales for over 2 months.
I've even sent cold emails to business and cold calls to offer them landing pages at low cost. Employed closers on upwork to close them.
I think my problem is that I keep building stuff instead of figuring out how to actually get customers.
I'm thinking about dropping most of it and focusing on one service, maybe AI lead automation for businesses, or doing white label work for agencies.
For those of you actually making consistent money online, what would you focus on if you were in my position?
Not looking for a get rich quick method. Just need some outside opinions because clearly what I'm doing right now isn't working.
All help is appreciated !!
Thanks

Start that, take your $$ and keep re-investing until you learn![]()
Agreed. Replies are low, i stopped pitching the landing pages.500 emails and 50 calls with only maybes makes me think the offer is the weak part, not the volume. landing pages for businesses with no site is a tough sell becuase most owners dont see it as a problem they have. id try pitching one result they already care about like more booked calls or reviews, and let the page be just part of that. also track replies per 100 emails so you can tell what change actually helped.
ThanksFocus on traffic 1st, then do anything if you find it. Or keep building for fun![]()
