I will personally assess the review against Trustpilot policies, prepare and submit the dispute through the appropriate official channels, and handle follow-up and status updates. No Trustpilot account access or login credentials are required. Removal cannot be guaranteed because Trustpilot makes the final decision. The estimated timeframe is up to one month.
