Go to the billing section of TikTok Ads and add your payment card

your only real option is getting a US virtual card that has 3ds, but skip the usual prepaid ones since Tiktok rejects most of them anyway. Just put the exact US address from your card profile and make sure there is a couple bucks on it for the auth check. I would not mess with not US ip while attaching it either, that always messes up

then u need a US BIN VCC, can check VCC providers in the BHW Marketplace.
ensure to set the billing address matching the VCC ZIP code and bind it using a clean US residential proxy, or Tiktok will trigger a payment risk suspension right away

If your ad account is set to the US, you probably need a US payment method.

Try contacting TikTok support to see if they can change the billing country. Using a virtual US card might work, but it depends on TikTok’s payment rules.

I would contact TikTok Ads support and ask about accepted payment methods for ur account region. Make sure ur billing details match ur actual payment method to avoid payment issues.

If your tiktok ads account is set to the other country, so it may only accept payment methods supported for that billing regon, if you want to payment from US card so go on tiktok support and ask about using an international card.

Dude, there are dozens of virtual card services for paying for ads right now, and U.S. banks are among the most common ones

To avoid rejection or system errors, you should use a card with matching address information, make the transaction under a US IP address, and ensure that all payment methods comply with TikTok's regional regulations.

Your ad account’s billing country is likely restricting payment options. Contact TikTok Ads support to ask if they can switch your billing region or approve an alternative payment method for your account.
