If you were starting a blog today with a budget of $100 then would you choose a low competition niche with less traffic or a competitive niche with higher earning potential?
Would you focus on seo, pintrest or social media to get your first 1k visitors?
I would love to hear what you would choose and why!

With a $100 budget, I’d choose a low-competition niche that still has decent search demand and monetization potential. Getting visibility in a competitive niche with limited resources is difficult. I’d focus mainly on long-tail keywords, while using relevant social platforms to bring in early visitors. After the site starts gaining traction, I’d expand into more competitive topics.

I'd probably start with a less competitive niche, but I'd also look at its potential to make money. I think seo is a good long-term strategy because people are already searching for that kind of content. I'd try pinterest too, depending on the niche, but I'd rather focus on one or two channels first and see what brings actual traffic before spending more money

With a $100 budget, a focused low-competition niche is a better starting point than chasing high-volume keywords.

If I were beginner so I would select low competition niche with less traffic. because when you start seeing results, you learn alot.

If you have a lot of time, but not money, work on low competition niches. If you have money but not much time, you can try to compete in the high traffic niches. If you dare, you can also try to work the volume side with black hat methods.

If I starts a blogging I will focus on my niche with smaller keywords and try to select a unique niche which at least is little bit new to the audience and solves their problems and helpful in daily life. When ones start a blogging he should first clears himself that what type or content he want to share with the people so that he can write about it till complete growth. For example you started a blogging without deciding a clear niche and without observing its all aspects and after sometimes you feel that words are end now and you don't have material to write anymore then you totally waste your time and you failed or distract from the original content at that time. So its better to make a full plan and strategy before starting a blogging and cover all the aspects like chance of possibility and impossibility.

it depends if I am a beginner so of course I would select low competition niche and no matter with less traffic but if I am experienced and have budget so I should not have boundaries

I usually choose niches with high search volume. I’m willing to face the competition in exchange for higher income if the blog becomes successful.

I prefer highly specialized niches, as they offer a more stable audience. It seems to me that succeeding in a broader field with a diverse range of viewers requires a bit of luck.

Now I'm trying to realize myself without a budget, mainly using my own knowledge and a lot of time for every single detail in streams on Twitch and Pinterest acc.

This platform is very helpful for collecting such opinions, and most of them are useful.

Although I once received advice that before achieving the first high views and self-produced activities, it's better to consistently repeat and participate in trending events, video formats, and so on. Only then should you introduce your own ideas.

If i want to start bloging and my budget is low like $100 i will choose low competition keywords and start with consistency then a time will come when this benefit will start to be give to me it is important that your content should be good quality.

With $100, I’d choose a low competition niche with clear buyer intent. Start with SEO-friendly articles and use Pinterest if the topic is visual. Getting targeted visitors who actually engage is more valuable than chasing big traffic numbers.

I would start with a low-competition niche to get traffic faster on a $100 budget. I would focus on SEO and helpful content first, then use social media to bring in some initial visitors.

A small niche is fine, but make sure there are enough related topics to keep the blog growing for a year or more.

choose a low competition niche with specific long tail keywords and focus on SEO first With a $100 budget its better to build steady organic traffic before investing heavily in paid promotion.

I would prefer low competition, a small but profitable niche instead of competing with established websites with strong authority. With a $100 budget, you would probably have to use free tools for content creation, keyword research, and promotion. Pinterest seems like the one I would choose depending on the niche. It could bring visitors faster than SEO for a new blog.

naturally, I will begin with a narrower niche where user look for some product that they can purchase. In other words, it will be foolish to spend my effort driving traffic which will not bring me any income. thus, I will start with SEO nd at the same time check pinterest if appropriate.

Your initial budget shouldn’t determine which niche you choose. If you’re aiming for high income, you should consider competitive niches with the potential to attract a large amount of traffic. If you want to start earning sooner, it’s better to focus on smaller, more specific niches.

Yeah, with a $100 budget I would stick to one or two channels maximum. Choose a niche that you can beat in SERPs, write some good articles, and then use GSC data to see what should be improved.
