This is most likely & shadow ban. It happens, have you done this before on the same device? That could be the reason .

new accounts can see fluctuations in views so I wouldn’t assume it’s a shadowban right away. Check your account status and whether any videos are marked ineligible for the For You feed.

TikTok only gives preferential treatment to new users during their first week. If you don’t have any outstanding content, your posts will flop.

It's perfectly normal because testing requires you to continuously post, optimize hooks, and test content to maintain distribution, and then views will increase again.

TikTok usually gives brand new accounts a massive initial boost in the first week to test your content and keep you motivated. But after that warm up phase you get put into the normal pool where the algorithm gets way stricter on watch time. If your views hit zero the. you should check if you got shadowbanned or flagged for unoriginal content.
