hi there
the first thing i need to ask if there is something like database for hashtags for Instagram or meta at general, when i create a new hashtag making sure that no one used that hashtag

the second issue
how to create or choose the best suited hashtag for a post, is there an easy way to do that ?

Search it on Instagram first, then pick hashtags that match your niche and post.
 
The easiest way is to combine a few relevant keywords related to your niche or brand to create a unique hashtag. Keep it short, easy to remember, and simple to spell. Before using it, search for it on Instagram to check whether anyone else is already using it.

search for each hashtag on instagram to see whether it exists or not and then use some niche related hashtags along with general hashtags the benefits of making a new hashtag will be only if ppl begin using it
 
Hashtags aren't fixed.I think you can either create your own new hashtags or use existing ones that are already popular.

Id first pick up on things your audience is using for captions and comments then try out a few hashtags for each post jst because a new one is unique doesn’t mean it wll make uhh get noticed.
 
To optimize hashtags on Instagram, you should search directly within the app to check availability, and combine trending hashtags with niche hashtags, along with continuous experimentation, to improve post rankings.
 
Of course, you should choose hashtags related to the content you've already created. you can also select some niche hashtags that are widely used.
