Any mother-child services exist for Facebook which allow a user to gain FRIENDS (for a personal profile) from a list of other accounts/pages/groups that a user selects themselves? There are very few Facebook mother-child services, but it seems none of them allow the targeting of specific profiles/pages/groups.

You may need to look for tools that support custom audience lists, but check whether they target personal profiles or only pages and groups. That distinction matters because page engagement features usually don't include sending friend requests to selected users.

Yes, but you’re very likely to get blocked after just 1–2 days of use. It’s better to do it manually—adding 1–2 people per day—as that is the safest approach.

While there are tools available for automating Facebook friend requests, their ability to target specific profiles, pages, or groups remains limited. It is advisable to be selective when sending friend requests to avoid having your account restricted by Facebook.
