Hi guys, I was wondering if you use the same ads for everyone or make diffrent creative for people who already know your brand. for example, a new visitor may need more information, while someone who visited before might respond better to a special offer.
how do you handle this in your PPC campaigns?

sure now with AI is easy.. Target lookalike and retarget non converting visitors with different ads.. The time it cost not comparing to a few years ago is insane and it bring akways better results. Sometime brand recognize wins but its cheap and easy to find out now.

Yes, because first-time visitors get to see ads featuring their benefits, while returning visitors are presented with reminder, offer, or conversion calls-to-action.

It also depends on how long ago they visited. Someone who came yesterday may need a different ad from someone who visited a month ago.

I use different creatives for retargeting. New visitors need trust, while returning visitors may respond better to a special offer.

Starting with a small search campaign can help you learn what people actually want before spending more on ads.

TBH, I differentiate cold traffic from retargeting. the former need some sort of bait to convince people of the offer while the latter need something else. track conversion by target audience nd sub-ids. sometimes reminder ads can perform better than discount.

I think different ads work better. New visitors need information, while returning visitors may need a good offer.

I usually show the product benefits to new visitors and use customer reviews for people who have visited before.

returning visitors seem like the obvious place for a softer offer, like a free quote or a quick call instead of a hard sell. has anyone seen that actually lift cost per lead, or is the audience just too small to tell?

No point showing the exact same ad to everyone imo. Someone who already visited your site is at a different stage than someone seeing your brand for the first time.

new visitors may need customer reviews or product details, while returning visitors may just need a reminder to buy.
