Personally, I’d rather revive an old account if it has a clean history, a good number of followers, and some existing activity. It gives you a better starting point than building everything from scratch.

i would first check if the old account has any activity in terms of proffile visits or story views before i made up my mind.the slightest bit of activity could mean that it might still have some life left to it.if not i would go ahead nd start with a new account.

i think you should build on old accounts bcoz the new accounts take lots of time to engage.

I think if that old account already has a significant number of followers, you should reuse it. Otherwise, if it’s just an ordinary account, you might as well create a new one.

Depending on its history and past engagement quality, you can test an established account again over a few weeks if it has a genuine, relevant follower base.
