I’d suggest looking for proxy providers that offer a free trial, so you can test the IPs and make sure they meet your needs before buying.

It depends on your use case and budget. Are you looking for residential, mobile, or datacenter proxies? That will help narrow down the options.

Hey, quick heads up first: 911 is gone for good. It shut down in mid-2022 after a breach, and in 2024 the US DOJ said its network was basically a botnet made of people’s PCs, infected through free VPN apps. So be careful with any site still using the 911 name, those are clones.
What made 911 popular was cheap residential IPs you could pick by country and city, and any decent residential provider gives you that today. When you compare providers, check where the IPs come from (you want users who opted in, not another malware network), whether you can target by country and city, whether they offer both sticky and rotating sessions, and whether they support SOCKS5 as well as HTTP.
Pricing matters too. Pay per GB if you don’t use much data, or go for static ISP proxies if you need the same IP for a long time. And start with a trial or the smallest plan before you commit to anything bigger.
