I'm sorry I haven't been updating this thread — honestly, I completely forgot about it until today when I stumbled on it while going through my profile.
A lot has happened since then. I haven't achieved exactly what I want yet, but I’ve made serious progress, and I believe I’m on the right path. I'm not giving up — I believe in myself and my ability to hit this goal, no matter what it takes.
Here’s what I was able to accomplish from the last update:
1. Set up Browser and Proxies
2. Set up CRM and learned how to use it
3. Built a chatting team
I won’t go into too much detail about the specific tools or brands I used because I’m not trying to make it look like a promo.
Aside from that, I also joined a Telegram channel where people looking for chatting jobs hang out. The owner runs a chatting agency himself and shared some really solid tips too.
Now to the model experiences — here’s how things went:
Model 1:
She’s from Peru but lives in Venezuela. I found her through a Telegram marketplace for $150.
After a brief conversation with their VA, they introduced her to me on WhatsApp. We clicked — she told me about herself, her goals, and what she wanted.
We agreed on a 65/35 split in favor of the agency, and she was fine with not having access to the OnlyFans account.
I sent her a contract, but after that, things got messy.
I followed up multiple times via WhatsApp and email — no response.
About 5–6 days later, she messaged that she had been sick and would sign the next morning — but she never did.
After a few more days, I requested a refund and luckily got it back.
On to the next.
Model 2:
Got her from another marketplace for $200. She's from Argentina, 34 years old.
We vibed instantly when we connected on WhatsApp, but there were some key differences.
She insisted on having access to the OnlyFans account and didn't want a percentage split — she preferred a fixed salary of $200/week.
I agreed because based on her past record (she had made around $14k in the last year with another agency), it seemed like a good bet.
We signed the contract, and the first few days were spent setting up her accounts — i converted two Instagram pages for her and opened a Twitter.
She sent her content via Google Drive, but it was messy, so it took extra time to organize everything.
Just as we were about to properly kick off, she demanded her first week's salary.
I explained that we hadn’t even started working yet — we were still setting up — but she wasn’t having it.
She refused to work without being paid upfront, and eventually told me she wasn’t interested anymore.
So I let her go.
Where I am now:
Still on the search for the right model to start with.
Next Steps:
I'm determined to build this business properly.
From everything I’ve read, it seems signing models from marketplaces isn’t always the best idea.
I saw a thread where someone talked about using Facebook Ads and Instagram outreach for model recruitment — I’ll be exploring both.
Moving forward, I’ll be updating this thread once a week.
Goals for next update:
1. Sign and onboard at least 1 model
2. Create my own SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for chatters
3. Recruit and onboard 2 chatters for the model
