Disabled AdSense due inactivity. Can I use this account for a new channel if I have a demonetized channel?

I have a channel that was demonetized years ago, the AdSense had no activity (no payments) and after 6 months they disable it. Apparently all you need to do is to have earnings again and they would enable it. The AdSense itself works and I can access it.

If I start a new channel and get it eligible for monetization and I apply under the same AdSense, will they accept it, or reject it due the new bullshit policy of "Suspended due to related channel"?

Given that the demonetization was years ago, will they still enforce this? I don't know how to monetize the older channel so gave up on it.

The channel would be under a different aged gmail from many years ago. I have warmed it up watching related videos and liking etc. I have bought a new SIM card and will be verfiying it with the new number. I'll be uploading on my laptop instead of the desktop just in case. My IP is dynamic.

Because it was many years ago, they will not care? It's a similar niche to the other channel but since it was many years ago maybe they leave me alone.

Also, has anyone had success with a new channel with Advanced Features disabled? Because that would require an ID/Video Verification unless I want to wait for "Channel History" check which is random and they may not give it to you, and without Advanced Features you cannot even ask for monetization. Also who knows if lack of Advanced Features enabled viewthrottles the video.

Anyway, do not reply with some bs spam nonsense, will report chatgpt replies.

i would not take it for granted that the difference in time solves the original problem. what caused the original demonetization is more important than whether it is a new email address or a new device that causes problems. if it was simply due to inactivity on adsense, then fine but in case the channel itself has some sort of monettization problem, well it gets complicated.

AdSense being disabled due to inactivity is different from being banned, but the old channel’s demonetization could still affect your new YPP application.

Try check the exact reason for the original demonetization first. A new Gmail, SIM, or IP won’t bypass a related-channel restriction.

i will separate these two problems initially bcz AdSense being suspended due to inactivity does not mean the loss of monetization of ur channel.imo the initial problem of the loss of monetization should be clariffied before creating another link. otherwise, after going through the entire process, u can face the same issue again.

AdSense inactivity is separate from channel demonetization. Check the exact restriction first, because a new email or device won’t guarantee monetization approval.

linking a channel that was previously demonetized to a new channel on the exact same AdSense is asking for a rejection. u're already taking precautions with a new SIM, laptop and dynamic IP, so don't ruin the setup at the payout level.
should get a completely clean AdSense under a different address to be 100% safe.
for Advanced Features, building history naturally through 1-2 months of consistent uploads is the best way if u wanna avoid submitting ID verify mate

Before reapplying for monetization, you must identify the exact reason your old channel was demonetized, because changing your Gmail, SIM card, device, or IP address will not bypass restrictions directly imposed on the channel.
