I have been working on my website sontent, but I am still not reaching the right people I want. Some pages get visitors, but they do not seem to be the right audience for my site.
How do you make sure your content reaches people who are actually interested in your topic?

I just focus on the right keywords and search intent first, because getting the right audience matters more than just getting traffic.

SEO helps your website rank higher in Google search results. Organic search traffic is one of the most relevant sources of visitors for your website.

Focus on search intent first. Target keywords your ideal audience uses, then check Search Console to see whether your content attracts relevant visitors.

Your defination of right content might be a saturated kind of content. Check what you consider as good content and your source audience.

Try targeting keywords your ideal audience actually searches for, and make sure your content answers their questions instead of just chasing traffic.

i start by checking whether the keywords match what my target audience is actually searching for. Good content won’t help much if it attracts the wrong visitors. Focus on search intent, use relevant keywords, and check Search Console

Honestly I always assumed good content would carry a site by itself. Ryan_2 made me rethink that though, my idea of good might just blend into everything else. I'm re-checking my topics now.

You can check GSC to see which keywords are bringing visitors to your site. If those searches don’t match your target audience, you may need to update your content and focus on topics that attract the right people.

Also, check what top competitors are ranking for and how they target the audience. The goal isn’t just to get more traffic, but to attract people who are genuinely interested in what you offer.

yeah this may happen even if the content is of high quality.the problem might be the keyword ussage that attracts users to the website instead of the content quality.i would try to understand what search terms attract visitors to the site nd whether they coincide with what the target audience needs.it is better to have less interested visitors than many random ones.

I would check Search Console to see which keywords bring visitors. Sometimes the wrong keywords attract the wrong audience, so matching search intent is important.

first id look into which pages were attracting the wrong kind of traffic as sometimes a single key word could generate lots of traffic but vry few customers

Good content can still attract the wrong audience if the keywords don’t match your target readers’ search intent. Focus on more specific keywords, understand what people actually want when they search, and keep each article aligned with the site’s niche. And also check Google Search Console to see which queries are bringing visitors and adjust the content strategy accordingly.

maybe u should analyze the queries that bring people to ur website bcuz even though the keywords seem appropriate, their meaning can be completely different from what u are actually offering. in other words, u might be trying to attract a partticular audience when u actually get curious visitors instead. have u analyzed them yet?

start by looking at search intent rather than just traffic numbers. Check which queries are bringing people to each page in GSC and see if they match the audience you’re trying to attract.

check in gsc which queries bring each page its visits. if they are broad info searches, rewrite the title and intro for the query your buyer would type instead

happens all the time lol. usually it's not the content, it's the intent — you rank for info keywords while your buyers search totally different words. check the actual queries in GSC, half the time the traffic was never gonna buy anyway
