Just recently having tought time about Meta after one of my accounts got disabled permanently, and I used my kids' account to post on the group as a local vendor or neighborhood vendor using a similar style promoting my wife's chef cook/food. Now my kids' account got back after taking a picture of him and his ID. After that it verified and got the account back. Now my problem is how to avoid ending up similar to the main account to be disabled because it seems Meta detected my account as suspicious and all pages that I made previously are gone including all images I recently uploaded to profile. It seems that Meta undo all changes from yesterday.

Do we have any list that we need to avoid so that it won't end up the same as wife's main account? She just want to consistently using my kids fb account for his foods. She is usually promoting it to groups nearby the house here and subdivisions.
So what things should be avoided in posting on groups?
Like using "up" and copy pasting posts to another account? because this is I think the reason why got disabled or suspended her post was copy paste to friends account to post to. It supposed to be share I think instead of copying the post?

stop using you kid account and try and build a proper business presence for the food business rather than relying on your kids account

Use an adult’s Facebook account to conduct business, ensuring that all information provided is accurate and appropriate.

If suitable, create a dedicated Facebook Page for selling food, and share your posts within groups that permit promotional content.

Post useful content, include authentic photos of the food, and provide clear ordering information.

If your child’s account has been recovered, do not continue using it for adult business activities; please adhere to Meta’s policies regarding age and identity.

Most importantly: No list of tips can guarantee that an account will not be locked. Avoid spamming, do not use someone else’s account to replace one that has been disabled, and refrain from repetitive bulk posting. Using the "Share" button—rather than copying and pasting posts—can help manage your content more effectively, though it does not automatically guarantee the safety of your account.

I’d avoid using your kids’ account for the food business and set up a proper business page instead. Repeated copy-paste posts and bumping with “up” can look spammy, so share the original post where allowed, follow each group’s rules, and appeal any restrictions through Meta directly.

Avoid repetitive copy-paste posts and using someone else’s account for business promotion. Use your own business profile, follow group rules, and appeal restrictions directly through Meta.

I suggest building a brand page for your fast-food business to establish credibility. You can also use secondary accounts to share content within your target groups; however, ensure these accounts are used for the long term and kept active gradually. If you post or take action too frequently, you run a high risk of having your accounts locked or losing them entirely.

you should create a professional brand page instead of using your child's personal account, while also complying with group rules and maintaining natural account activity

reposting the same post again nd again may be conssidered as spamming by the viewers, particularly if it is done in several different groups.it would be wise to use one account nd post the original post rather than reposting it from other pages.in addition, posting too many posts within a short time should be avoided.moreover ensure that the account owner is managing the account.
