How to Locate Quora Questions that are Currently Active

Looking into the activity of a question is a good strategy. I would further take into account the quality of questions and engagement before making a decision about the thread to write on.
Agreed, checking activity and engagement helps you choose the right threads.

I would look for the niche along with recent dates and see whether there were replies being made on the threads. recent activity is better than the number of views for old threads.

Agreed, active threads with good engagement are usually worth focusing on.

Search niche keywords and filter to Questions. I’d check recent answer and comment dates, then revisit shortlisted questions after a few days to see whether discussion is continuing.

everyone is talking about quora like its a place to write good answers lol. for me its a para / buffer . the question page already has authority, i put an answer with my link in it, then i point a small tier of links at the answer url so it stays up in the answer order and indexed. active question or not matters less once youre pushing the page yourself. i run the same setup on reddit subpages. finding the questions is the easy part, keeping your answer visible is the work and thats automated

While pushing links to the answer URL will definitely help in getting it crawled, maintaining its visibility is quite another matter, especially when the answer is pushed down or deleted. I would Make sure that the answer is actually valuable as well.

Good strategy, but in terms of recent activity, that will be a more indicative factor rather than age of the question. I would also verify whether the answers to the questions solve the problem since that way I could capitalize on my strengths.
