I am generating 30k MRR through 25 affiliates. I mean data is a fuel so basically a team tries it out and if it solves a problem they switch to my data infra, usually you need a few smaller 100 - 200 transactions to ramp up the client for annual plan . covnersion rate 30% for warm affiliate deal
