What's the most overrated advice in online marketing?

be consistent and it will work out. While I agree that being consistent does matter, and it can work out, if you are posting the same content targeting the same niche and it never works, you should change something, video style, your target audience ect. Stay consistent with your output but be sure to change and try new things if you are not getting any traction.

One piece of overrated advice is just create more content. Consistency matters, but publishing more doesn't guarantee results. Understanding your audience mproving content quality, and learning from performance data are just as important.

People still fall for it while make money online gurus laugh all the way to the bank.

I keep seeing the same marketing advice everywhere and sometimes I wonder if it actually works or if people just keep repeating it lol :D

what's one piece of advice you think is overrated or just doesn't work as well as people make it sound?
I think consistency is overrated when people focus on posting regularly instead of looking at what’s actually working. Sometimes you need to change your approach, not just keep doing the same thing.

"Be in trend", when it is a blind game without any attempt to stand out – it does not bring the expected results.

“Post every day” is overrated. If the content isn’t useful, frequency won’t save it.
