I think it depends more on the niche and the individual webmaster than the country.

Some markets have fewer sites open to certain niches, so response rates can be lower, trying local language outreach and offering a clear deal might help.

I faced some problems working with Greek webmasters, They rarely respond and often remove the links after publication. But yes, you are right, this is because of the niche im working with.

It all depends on the webmaster and the niche rather than on the country itself some people may not respond simply because they do not accept some types of niches it would be good to send another short e mail but if there is no response then move forward.

I think response rates often depend more on the individual webmaster niche and type of offer than the country itself clear requirements and a relevant first email can make a difference have you noticed better responses from certain markets?

I think it depends more on the niche and outreach approach than the country. Personalized emails and clear offers usually get better responses.

In my experience, the niche and how you approach webmasters matter more than the country. A personalized email can make a big difference.

I think it depends more on the individual than the country. Clear communication, realistic expectations, and professionalism make a big difference when working with webmasters from anywhere.

I think Greek websites are too slow due to their mentality. It's verified.
Websites in Asian countries also respond with a delay.

I’d separate nonresponses from niche rejections. For Greek outreach, test a short local-language pitch on sites already covering similar topics. What niche are you pitching?

In my experience, it really depends on the individual webmaster rather than the country. Some are very responsive and professional, while others may take a long time to reply or have unclear requirements. Clear communication, transparent pricing, and agreed deadlines make a big difference when working with webmasters.

Yeah big difference. US/UK reply fast and pay more Greece is hard on cold email small budgets prefer Viber/WhatsApp and Greek What niche are you in

anyway, tbh cold emailing seems to be quite hit or miss for me as well, especially in term of smaller sites. I would just send them a little follow up message or maybe a whatsapp if that is what they have on file, and keep track of those who reply. there may be some webmaster that would be fine with it but do not want that niche on their main site.

I think it depends more on the individual site owner and niche than the country. Response rates can vary a lot, so I usually look for clear communication and reliable turnaround early on before committing to a long-term partnership.

i think the niche makes a bigger difference than the country sometimes. a webmaster might ignore anything outside their usual topics, even if the price is decent. i'd try reaching out to smaller greek sites that already publish content related to your niche instead of sending more emails to general sites. fewer replies from the wrong sites doesn't always mean the whole market is difficult.

Maybe the site owners you are contacting do not accept links in your niche, so check their content before reaching out.
