When I was in my 20s, I used to say the same thing: "If I don't get rich by 30, I'll kill myself!" Now I'm in my mid-30s (near your suicide age!). I'm not a multimillionaire, but I have a good income, enough to say I have money, and I'm living almost like a retired person.
Others have already said many good things, but I'm here to tell you to ask yourself one question:
Why do you want to be a millionaire?
Less than 2% of the world's adults have a net worth of over $1 million. If you want a comfortable life or to provide comfort for your family, you don't need millions. If you want top tier girls, most of them aren't millionaires themselves, and those who are probably don't care about your money.
Most of these desires come from wanting attention, wanting to feel better than others. You don't want to play they game of life, you are looking for a cheat code. You scroll through Instagram and see the James Bond lifestyle: private jets, Bugattis, castles... But many people showing off these things don't even own them. They just rent them and make videos.
Lastly, remember, my friend, I think you're still young. We all want money. Money is energy. You should learn how to play the game of life, and the scoreboard (money) will change along the way.
A million dollars is achievable, but it's not worth your life.
I remember one day I said in my heart, "God, I want everything!" And a voice inside me responded, "Assume you already have everything. What would you do with it?"
I know many rich kids. most of them are depressed. They can't enjoy life anymore because they've already experienced almost every pleasure money can buy. They don't know what to do next, and they have no real purpose because they never experienced the journey of getting there.
So see your current financial situation as an opportunity to actually experience life, not just skip to the end of it.
Good luck with your improvement and hustle, my friend.
