Do you remember LUNA that was dramatically crashed, Do you remember people that vouching for it because Kwon Do says this coin is trusted because we have the liquidity and its linked "or" based on Terra stablecoins, that give it much stability
On some way people start calling it Stable coin

Now according to some terms like Reserve backing and USDC & USDT are considerate as STABLECOIN. so if you're planning to hold or save money, these 2 coins maybe will be good options

So my question, at this point "SAVING MONEY" Which one is more stable and trusted?

Look, both of these are cryptocurrencies with an unassailable market cap, and today, thousands of companies, businesses, and highly trusted public figures hold them. Their collapse would mean total losses for many people in the crypto sector. Furthermore, both have massive reserves—in cash and gold—held in banks; it is literally impossible for their collapse to occur without it being triggered by the collapse of the traditional monetary system—a scenario that is highly unlikely to happen.

i would go for USDT because of its high trading liquidity and since it supports P2P services across emerging markets. Its availability on global platforms is another edge it has over USDC

For small amounts, it doesn't really matter. But for big money, I would't touch it at all. And if you really want/have to, diversification is the only way.

Both are ok for me.

Both aim to maintain a $1 peg, but neither is risk-free. I’d compare reserve transparency, independent attestations, redemption access, and regulatory oversight rather than relying on market cap alone. For savings, remember that stablecoins aren’t the same as insured bank deposits.

In my own experience with webstores about 70%-80% of users use USDT. USDC is usually like 5-10 % at most. USDC is more regulated i know some customers from EU can only send me USDC.

I don't think usdt will crash anytime soon. I myself use usdt for everything and everyone who I know that use crypto in any form usually use usdt.

People have been making all kinds of FUD claims against USDT for like 10 years now, yet it has done what it’s been made to do - I use both USDT/USDC on pretty much a daily basis & don’t really prefer one over thr other, though USDT seems to be the more widely accepted option.

I always use USDT for trading, and I’ve noticed that most of my trading partners use it too. In my opinion, USDT is more stable and reliable than USDC.
