You can try out Canva AI ,however, I don't know if IG will detect you if you only slightly change your reels/videos.

In my opinion, the best way to avoid being flagged by Instagram for duplicate content is to use tools like CapCut or Canva to truly reinvent everything from the opening idea, style, and editing to the caption in order to bring unique value to the post.

You can use OpusClip to create multiple clips from longer videos, then customize each one for a different audience. Just changing filters or cropping usually isn’t enough to make duplicate content original.

You live in the moon? IG+FB dastically pressed down organic reach for copied reels, reused reels too not so much you can reuse reel cotnent here and there but not all 100 reels a day. By the way Alex Hormozi who has big money and a team, yes he is able to produce daily longform video with his face on cam, then his team cut it into 50 shorts to upload it daily to his youtube channel.

But that's not possible for a solo entrepreneur even to produce 50 shorts a day ....
