I guess in SEO, adding more info isn't always enough. The content still needs to match what people are searching for. Maybe what looks better to us isn't always what Google wants, lol.
Give it a few weeks to settle before deciding whether to revert anything. Check GSC to see which queries lost clicks and impressions, then compare current SERP competitors and check for indexing or technical issues.Literally followed all the basic whitehat advice and spent last weekend updating 5 of my old top performing articles that were slipping dwon page1. i added fresh info better imags anf tweaked headers. checked search console today and they dropped eevn further to page 2 like whyy does google penalize u for making content better now?? should i revert back to the old text or leave it.
