I stick to twice daily, once at 7 AM local time and another at 7pm local time. Consistency matters more than frequency, so I focus on quality content rather than spamming the feed. It keeps engagement steady without burning out the algorithm

I’d start with 3-5 posts a week, then check Insights to see which days and times bring more reach and shares. A steady schedule is useful, but I’d adjust it based on audience activity rather than posting just to fill a slot.

I think it's better to post quality content than to post too much. A good schedule is 4 to 5 good and quality posts a week. Having a fixed schedule also makes the Facebook algorithm like your page more. You can create the best schedule by looking at the reach, engagement, and follower activity of your posts with the help of Facebook Insights.

I typically post 1–2 times a day on a set schedule to maintain engagement and reach my followers. I chose this frequency to ensure high-quality content, avoid over-posting, and allow time to monitor and respond to feedback.
