I have just bought a personal Reddit account from an active user in Reddit for £50. The user is extremely active on Reddit & is located in Scotland whereas , I’m located in England. Is that not too far of a geographical change for Reddit to be suspicious? I’ve changed all the details & so far haven’t upvoted or commented on anything. What should be my actions & is the geographic normal for Reddit?

It can be restricted, better sign in with antidetect browser (gologin, ads etc) they have built in proxy, so pick Scotland and just sign in. More chances that it won't be suspended

What are the chances it gets restricted without one & how would I know if it’s restricted.

People travel but it depends on quality of account.

I've used the same accounts over the years and opened them in 3+ countries.

So it can be done but if it's a stagnant account with a weird history ... def need to keep things as simple as possible

Dump the account into Multilogin or GoLogin with a Scotland fingerprint + WebRTC leak blocked, then let it idle 48h before any karma farming or the ban hammer drops fast

I just decided to mobile data it and test it out . I don’t need to karma farm the account karma has 4.8k and is very active on Reddit. I’m past 24 hours in & have not been banned yet. Going to start warming in a few days either a few upvotes . I’ll let you know the results, I figured the geographic was realistic enough for the jump not to be suspicious. Might be a dumb idea but who knows.

"how I would know" - simple, you will see on reddit "we had a server error" notification it mean account suspended (all post and comments from the profile will be also removed" as a second pattern. I would say 70-80% it will be suspended if you just log in, while you do first activity like comment or post

Yep that is normal people move to other countries with laptop and data from their mobile phone

Makes sense. It’s been nearly a week since I’ve been logged in, I haven’t made any upvotes or comments yet mostly been scrolling through and joined communities for now. So far no ban.

scotland to england isn't a huge change really. mobile networks can show your IP in a different city anyway because of how carriers route traffic. since you've been using your own mobile data for almost a week without issues, i wouldn't complicate things by adding a proxy now.
