Looking into the activity of a question is a good strategy. I would further take into account the quality of questions and engagement before making a decision about the thread to write on.

Good idea. I would also see the date of the last update of the question and whether recent posts are getting any engagement. This way you can concentrate on discussions where the topic is still relevant

I usually look for recent questions with ongoing activity and relevant discussions. Check answer quality and whether people are still engaging helps me choose the right questions.

for me i usually start a tread when i am curious about something i need answers for it might go viral or not

Check the recent answers and comments first. That helps you find questions that are still getting attention.

If I'm not mistaken, you should be able to use the Ad campaign tool to find the trending ones

Just goess over the question logs to see recently answered questions and check the quora ads manager to see impression estimates. It will save uhh lots of time and effort.

I usually search recent questions on Quora and check if people are still answering or commenting. I’d also look for questions with views and recent activity, rather than spending time on old threads nobody visits anymore.

Hi! I think the easiest way is to check when a question last received an answer or comment. If people are still engaging with it, theres a better chance of getting noticed. I also prefer questions that are clear, relevant and allow me to share something helpful.

I’d search Quora by niche keywords and sort through recent questions. Check the latest answers and views too, so you can focus on topics people are still engaging with.

Yes, that is a great way to determine which topics have real interest. I would suggest finding questions with no answers or poor answers that you can contribute to by providing additional value.

Of course, one of the ways to evaluate the interest in the problem is to read the last comments. I would also consider whether the previous answers solve the question because it is your chance to make a contribution.

I agree with this approach. Checking the activity on a question helps identify whether people are genuinely interested in the topic. I would also look at the relevance of existing answers, the level of discussion & whether there are unanswered points that could add value. Choosing a thread where you can share practical experience or useful information is a better strategy than focusing only on the number of replies. Quality & relevance should always come first.

I usually check out the latest post nd see if there is any interaction, but not just people leaving comment that come along with replies. some old questions may be able to bring in traffic nd thus I would not disregard them even though there is no recent reply to them. If the existing answers are poor nd incomplete, that is where I can add my input.

not only becuz there are no new answers to those questions, but also becuz sometimes there are those old questions that get a lot of attention from google. another reason is that you need to look at the answers that were provided and try to find out whether something important is missing in those answers. what comes first – the traffic or better answers?

Yeah exactly a busy thread aint always worth it, the quality of replies matters too. I’d go where people are actually discussing the topic instead of just chasing views.

I usually prefer questions where people are sharing their own experiences in the comments. Those can lead to more useful answers and discussion.
