The Ultimate Guide: Setting Up, Promoting, and Protecting Adult Websites (10+ Years Proven Method)​

After running adult sites safely for nearly 10 years, I wanted to share the exact blueprint and tech stack I use. This guide is tailored for Hentai, JAV, and OnlyFans-style content platforms.
Let’s break it down step-by-step.

Step 1: Domain Protection & Management​

Don't put all your eggs in one basket. If one domain goes down, your whole empire shouldn't follow.

• Registrar: Always use NameCheap. (In my 10 years, my domains have never been permanently seized here). If you get a takedown notice, remove the flagged content immediately and reply to the ticket ASAP so it gets closed quickly.
• The 1-to-1 Rule: Separate your domains. Put only 1 domain per NameCheap account.
• Account Redundancy: Maintain around 20 different NameCheap accounts for 20 domains. If one account gets banned, the other 19 remain completely safe.
• Backup Codes & Security: Store your backup NameCheap 2FA/recovery codes in multiple safe places (USB, MEGA, Dropbox, etc.).
• VPN Tracking: Keep a log of which VPN you used to register and log into each specific NameCheap account (you only really need the VPN when logging in to make payments). It sounds tedious to manage 20 VPN logins, but it guarantees you peace of mind.

Step 2: Email Security​

Don't use popular privacy mailboxes like ProtonMail or TutaMail for your main operations.

  • Reverse Proxy Servers: HostFory or Evoluso.
• Why these two? I have used alot of offshore servers from blackhatworld or from LowEndTalk recommendation. Competitors will often send fake CSAM (or severe DMCA) reports to shut you down. 98% of offshore hosts among these hosts will suspend you immediately without checking. HostFory and Evoluso will actually forward the report to you to verify. If it's a fake report, they won't suspend you.
• Redundancy: Always keep at least two reverse proxy servers online 24/7. If one IP gets blocked or banned, you can instantly swap the IP in your DNS settings to the backup proxy and keep your site running smoothly. Origin server you may use other server as well but i can recommend what i have use over the past 10 years.Also these hosts offer extremely high specs at cheap prices, for instance ryzen servers + intel high clock servers, for HAproxy servers, always go for high clock servers.

Step 4: Cloudflare & GEO-Blocking Bypass​

Sometimes, certain countries block visitors from reaching sites routed through Cloudflare, leaving users with error messages.

• The Fix: Keep using Cloudflare for your nameservers, but turn off the Orange Cloud (Proxy) and switch to Grey DNS (DNS Only), pointing it directly to your HAProxy IP address. This bypasses regional blocks instantly.

Step 5: Automating Content (Scraping, Downloading, & Uploading)​

You don't need to spend hours manually downloading and uploading videos. Automate it using Python and ChatGPT.

1. Find a Target Site: Let's say you want to pull content from a JAV site (e.g., Javtiful).
2. Inspect the Data: Look at the page source. You want to grab titles, categories, durations, URLs, thumbnails, and model photos.
