Initially, I was a bit disappointed with his response regarding his own claim that "Established BHW members can pay after completion."
However, I decided to place an order to remove an aged Google review (around 6 months old).
He managed to remove it in approximately 72 hours. To be fair, 48 hours of that delay (according what he said) was because his staff forgot to process the order, and the actual removal took only about 24 hours.
It's now been almost a week since the removal, and everything seems stable. The review hasn't returned.
Overall, despite the initial frustration, he delivered what he promised, and i am satisfied with his service and will work with him again
