It’s true that with 2k followers, my view counts fluctuate quite a bit and aren’t very stable. Fortunately, some of my videos have gone viral reaching over 100k to 200k views and I’ve included affiliate links in those clips.

I think using an affiliate link is the quickest and simplest approach.

There are two methods: affiliate marketing (placing product links in videos) and earning money based on video view counts.
 
With your current follower count, you can absolutely enable monetization right away you need to maintain posting authentic, valuable content and engaging consistently so that the system evaluates your account favorably.

fb has enabled monetization features for me, but aside from including affiliate links, I’m not sure what I should do next.
 
You can start monetizing with 2k followers through affiliate links, sponsored posts, or promoting your own products. Facebook's built in monetization depends on your eligibility and available features, so check the Monetization section in your Professional Dashboard.

Yes. I’ve included plenty of affiliate links in Reels that have high view counts and engagement, but I do wonder how many people actually click on those links.

Reels are the one thing I’m actually good at they’ve brought me 2k followers and that number is growing really fast.
 
Find and test different affiliate offers, that's the best way. You won't get enough from monetization anyway with this amount of followers.

I know, so I've added a lot of affiliate links to my reels. I want to know more ways to increase my income besides adding links.

The only right way to increase your income is scaling up - grow your audience. Also, affiliate offers should match your followers interests.
 
If you’re 18 or older, have enabled professional mode on your channel, have been active for over two months and have accumulated more than 60,000 watch hours, then earning money through views is a viable option though, in my opinion, affiliate marketing is a better path.
 
What country are most of your followers from? That matters way more than the raw follower count when it comes to actually getting paid on FB.
 
I suggest you check the Facebook monetization page to confirm whether your account meets the eligibility requirements.
 
Monetization usually needs at least 10k followers for stream ads, but you can start monetizing now by flipping traffic through affiliate links or sending them to a blog.

Yeah, first, check your monetization dashboard; that will show your eligibility status and also if there are any restrictions. Policy violation is something else that you should look into because that could restrict monetization even if you have good engagement.
 
2k followers is a start, but monetization depends on your account eligibility and the features available in your region. I’d focus on Reels and audience engagement while checking the Monetization section in your dashboard.

I’ve enabled monetization and included quite a few affiliate links in my viral videos, but no one is actually clicking on them.
