actually i have a file sharing website, i want the best offshore vps for that with dmca igored? can anyone help me

How big is your site? ram/cpu/disk needed? Any NL/CH vps can do that.

Yes, for a legitimate file-sharing platform, offshore VPS can be worth considering, especially if you need a provider with a clear DMCA/takedown policy.

I’d compare the actual server location, storage, bandwidth, DDoS protection and AUP rather than choosing purely based on “DMCA ignored” marketing.

Depends on

1. If you receive a DMCA complaint, do you resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, OR
2. If you receive a DMCA complaint, will you ignore it.

Lots of options for #1. For #2, difficult to find a reliable host for this.

Bro, from personal experience, abelohost is a good one, shinjiru is another. Get a server in nl or malaysia and you are good to go. Used then both for various projects with an excess of dmca content, and never had a problem

You really shouldn't ignore DMCA complaints. They can go beyond just reporting it to your host and completely disrupt your business operations going after your domains, servers, social media pages, removal from search engines and payment processors.

Key is to find a host that is flexible to work with you while you take down the requested DMCA requested takedowns. I work with one host that does that but this one would require you to have a high dollar amount or long history with them to not take you down. There are however smaller hosts out there that will work with you on DMCA issues.

I'm not sure if 'DMCA Ignored really exists' anymore. Countries tend to mirror DMCA if they have their own copyright laws. And also depending on what you're doing and the severity of any legal breaches, Copyright holders can still do everything from have your domains blacklisted and deindexed or getting interpol involved.
