Which type of account is the best right now?

Facebook is currently taking direct action against ad accounts created via Business Managers (BMs). Does this mean personal ad accounts are the safest bet right now? Or are there other types of accounts that can still be used?
Yes personal accounts are the safest RN.

To run Meta ads safely and sustainably, the key does not lie in choosing a personal account or BM but in maintaining legitimate information, building a good account history, and strictly complying with the platform’s policies.

Not necessarily. A personal ad account is not inherently safer than one within a Business Manager (BM). Meta can restrict both personal ad accounts and those managed under a Business Manager, depending on factors such as policy compliance, account trustworthiness, and the presence of unusual activity.

I wouldn’t assume personal ad accounts are safer. Restrictions can affect any account type, so focus on legitimate business details, policy-compliant campaigns, and proper account security rather than switching account types to avoid enforcement.

In addition to personal accounts, Business Manager (BM) accounts are now also available for use; you can alternate between your personal accounts and your BM accounts.

Business ads have always been complicated and full of rules. I find running ads with my personal account smoother, although it's quite expensive.

I don't think personal accounts are necessarily safer. Both can get restricted, so switching from a BM probably won't fix the issue.

I'd check Account Quality first and see what's actually causing the restrictions. Could be verification or something related to the ads themselves.

Personal ad accounts can get restricted too. I’d focus on account quality and policy compliance rather than switching account types.
