I think your school likely blocked entertainment apps so that you can focus on your studies. they’re being quite thoughtful. However, if you still want to use tiktok, you’ll have to switch to 4G.

maybe your school's Wi-Fi has restricted access to some websites, try switching to 4G to see if it works normally.

School internet has limited access for kids safety so whenever you connect with that wifi you can not operate social platforms.

may be your school internet is not access to the specific application. if you still doubt that wifi is problem. try with someother wifi connection. so you can figure it out

due to some issues maybe your these app needs to update or you should go to settings and check app permissions section and there make sure click on the permissions

It sounds like the school Wi-Fi may be blocking TikTok and Snapchat through its firewall or network restrictions while allowing other services try switching to mobile data to confirm and if those apps work normally ask the school’s network administrator whether they restrict access to those platforms
