Posting a new post does not reduce or affect the performance of the old post, because the previous post will continue to receive views and recommendations as long as it maintains good engagement metrics and watch time from viewers.

If it's on the same day it can still get good views but do not post multiple videos because the more new uploads you do the more algorithm tests your new videos and your old videos stops getting tested.

That's my opinion as per my experience because I faced it lots of times. If you have a different experience I would love to hear that.
