Hlo everyone,

I created a new instagram account for posting my workout videos. I started posting reels on this account from last 5,6 days, I know it's too early to worried about the growth but if someone can suggest me some tips and tricks to get more engagement on my videos, so it can reach to more audience.

It is an account for workouts, and therefore creating reels based on fitness goals or common mistakes in the gym might help rather than showing the whole routine. The trick here is to create a good hook within the first two seconds and then analyze watch times and shares.

well i would recommend starting with trying to create an interesting beginning of the videos, especially those which are related to exercising.experiment with various exercises make sure the videos are interesting nd the captions inspire commenting. consistency nd checking the number of saves nd shares will also help.the channel has only been active for 5-6 days, which is not enough yet.

post the same exercise as a quick tip, a mistake people often do and progress clip but fitness audiences will have different reactions to the same exercise on the same platform

Show the exercise immediately and share one useful tip per reel. Add captions, reply to comments, and test different openings using Trial Reels if available.

Short form content reels.

1. Lead hook - Start with a lead hook that gets people's attention. Then something to keep them there like "I challenge you to sue me if you do this for 7 days straight and don't see any progress" or "I'll give you a million dollars if you don't see any progress, do this workout every day for 1 month"

2. Engagement - Also statements that keep audiences engaging through likes and comments like "Save this videoa and check back in here every day in the comments for attendance" or discipline/motivation login attendance.

Most important is video quality and quality of content.
Go to popular fitness influencers that have the same niche as you in your home country. Observe their videos. If you are recording 144p most likely the audience will really scroll, especially with blurry and shaky camera.
Usually fitness influencers even with no dedicated camera have very high quality content. They position their smartphones on tripod to reduce shakiness. Also limit background noise and do neat voiceovers. No one wants to see content where you can hear everything in the background and it's so distracting. Make it attractive to the viewers. Imitate the quality you see on your feed or try to do even better.

Next is keep the passion for your fitness because no one wants to watch someone who is so dull and does not like what they do. An energetic coach will motivate the audience because they mimic your energy. So genuinely want to share what you know and help others in what you do.

I agree with the comments above about helpful videos, but don’t overlook SEO on Instagram. Include keywords like “beginner chest workout” right in the caption, description, and subtitles. Also, comment daily on other fitness pages in your niche so the algorithm can categorize your profile more quickly

Filming the same exercises routine from multiple angles and analyzing which one actually gains views and profiles will give a clearer indication of what attracts people, rather than reaching numbers.

If you are using proxies, make sure you use HQ - Reliable proxies. IT MATTERS!

Recently had a bad experience due to low quality IPs. Accounts get temporary restrictions due to spammy IPs.

For a newly created fitness channel, I still think the focus should be on really impressive short videos in the first 2 seconds so that people engage more

For a new fitness account, create videos that teach people something, like the right way to exercise and common mistakes. Post regularly and see which videos people like and save the most. Post one to two per day and respond to all comments within 30 minutes of posting, this will increase your reach.

perhaps try creating videos which are so useful that people would share it with their gym buddies.workout tips, correct form nd real progress can be some ideas worth trying out.also, watch where exacttly people stop watching, besides counting the number of views.this might help figure out how to improve ur videos start.the beginning will be tough but do not forget to learn something new from every post.

tbh dont just upload random workout videos; give a purpose to each video whether it was pointing out form flaws, trying to PR, making some slight progress or whatever. People will follow you for what uhh give them.

Stay consistent and focus on creating quality, engaging Reels. Use relevant hashtags, strong hooks in the first few seconds, trending audio when appropriate, and reply to comments to build engagement. Don’t worry too much about numbers yet keep experimenting and give your account time to grow!

For fitness Reels, aim to hook viewers within the first two seconds, clearly demonstrate the exercises, and include practical tips or common mistakes—rather than just adding music. Also, engage by replying to comments, and keep an eye on your save and share counts.

Focus on strong hooks in the first few seconds, clear workout demonstrations, and consistent posting. Use relevant keywords in captions and reply to comments to build engagement. Since your account is new, give it time and track which Reels get the most saves and shares. n cbbxvcvcb

Create videos centered around the theme of exercise. Additionally, research trending videos within your niche to help shape your own content and accelerate engagement and viewership.

Just one thing doesnt work anymore, you need to combine multiple of them.

-Post Consistent Reels everyday on the best timings, Be regular with it and dont stop, You just need one viral reel to get things rolling.
-Use some growth services simultaneously, Check the BHW Marketplace for this.
-Try Small Budget Ads on a daily basis.
-Collab with accounts in your niche.

Keep posting consistently, use strong hooks in the first few seconds, and make your workout videos useful or relatable. Reply to comments and test different formats to see what your audience likes. Give it time 5-6 days is still early.

You are doing fine, you can make some reels about fitness or workout routines and you can monetize your page later with pepdites, creatine etc...
